Uncle Howie & Aunt Cathy

Uncle Howie and Aunt Cathy came up for a visit adn to see our new house. We had a nice lunch before they had to head back to New York.

We took the girls to York's Wild Kingdom in Maine. It was Kayla's first time at the zoo and she had such a great time. Joe is tutoring Maki, a college student from Japan. She came along too.

Ocean Park - Mia's Beach Birthday

Mia turns 4 years old on August 16th so we had a beach birthday for her. She picked out everything Ariel and even got a big Ariel doll. Mia Rose is getting so big!

Ocean Park Vacation - Light House

With all the rain, we took did some sight seeing. We went to Cape Elizabeth and saw the oldest lighthouse in Maine and old forts.

Ocean Park Vacation - Beach Day

We managed to sneak in a few days at the beach. The girls loved playing in the water and building really big sand castles.

Vacation at Ocean Park - Strawberry Festival

Our first night at Ocean Park we went to a Stawberry Festival. It was a lot of fun. The girls danced, chased Uncle Matt and eat strawbeey shortcake.

Hannah's Bluegrass Birthday Party

Hannah celebrates her birthday at the bluegrass festival every year. I was actually in labor with her and didin't know it. That night Joe and I went to the hospital and had Hannah the next morning. She is now 5! We can't believe it.

Bluegrass Festival 2008

We go very year the Bluegrass Festival. It is a chance for gramma and grandpa to spend time with their five grandchildren. The cousins all love being together and listening to music.

Garmi's Birthday

The girls picked fresh blueberries from Garmi and Papa's house and we made Garmi a birthday cake.
